By finalising a booking with Meneage Tours, whether through our website or a direct channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the service terms provided below. These conditions apply equally to any reservations made via third-party platforms.

Services
Our guided excursions are led by English-speaking professionals. Private tours and transfer services are operated by certified advanced drivers. All vehicles are fully licensed by local authorities and carry comprehensive insurance. To ensure passenger safety, every vehicle undergoes rigorous maintenance and pre-departure safety inspections.

Booking Process
Reservations can be requested through our website, or by emailing us at meneagetours@yahoo.com.

A booking is only considered confirmed once we issue a formal confirmation notice. At this stage, a legally binding contract is established. This confirmation will be sent only after full payment has been processed.

Pricing
Please note that accommodation is NOT included in any tour package. Unless explicitly mentioned in the tour details, entrance fees, meals, and beverages are also excluded. We are pleased to provide complimentary bottled water for all passengers on board.

Payments
Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all tour packages. Upon receipt, a confirmation email will be sent detailing the total amount paid, your unique booking number, and the tour itinerary.

Method of Payment
Meneage Tours accepts payments via debit or credit card through lopay, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Visa Electron.

Changes by You
If you need to modify a confirmed booking, the lead passenger must notify us in writing as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. If a requested change cannot be met and you choose not to proceed with the original booking, this will be categorised as a cancellation, and the fees outlined below will apply.

Changes by Us
Meneage Tours makes every effort to follow the scheduled itinerary. However, the company reserves the right to modify routes due to weather, attraction availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right to adjust the vehicle type or size used for the tour.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger named on the reservation. We do not accept cancellations via phone call, SMS, or through third parties.

For Deluxe 5-day tours that include pre-purchased attraction or ferry tickets, the cost of these items will be deducted from any eligible refund. Please note that attraction and ferry tickets are non-refundable. We strongly advise all guests to maintain comprehensive travel insurance.

Weather Conditions
Our tours operate regardless of weather, including rain and wind. However, if your guide cancels a tour due to extreme conditions that compromise safety, a full refund will be issued. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for variable conditions.

Safety
Guests must follow all guide instructions and exercise personal discretion; you are responsible for your own safety throughout the tour. Meneage Tours maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. If a guest displays threatening language or behaviour toward staff or the public, the tour will be terminated immediately without a refund.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Meneage Tours vehicles.

Promotional Photography
Meneage Tours provides a service for creating bespoke souvenir photo books and reserves the right to take photos during the tour. We may request your permission to use images for marketing. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the trip.

Personal Responsibility
It is your responsibility to select a tour that aligns with your physical capabilities and comfort levels. By booking, you acknowledge that these tours are adventurous and may require strenuous walking. You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. Guests must ensure they have adequate insurance to cover personal loss or damage.

Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, acts of terrorism) resulting in a cancellation, tours may be rescheduled. Refunds in these cases are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. If a guide becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible to offer a full refund or an alternative date.

What personal data is collected?

Personal data is any information which may be identifiable to a specific individual. The personal data collected from users may include:

No sensitive data such as health, religion or ethnic background is collected or disclosed by us and the website is not intended for use by minors.

How do we collect personal data?

Visitors provide information solely through bookings or enquiries made through the site, which include name and email address and contact telephone number. Email enquiries are held on record for a maximum two year period and can be removed on request in compliance with GDPR.

Technical tracking and Cookies:

When you visit our site we will automatically collect the following information:

  • technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the intranet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, screen resolution, operating system and platform; and

We will never freely distribute or sell personal data without it being made clear to our guests.

The security of data is treated very seriously by us and measures are in place to ensure personal data is not exposed and protected from unauthorised access. Users are also responsible in ensuring any sensitive data remains private and is not shared with anyone.

Data shall only be retained for as long as necessary, which will vary depending on the type of data. Certain financial data will need to kept for a number of years to meet various financial and legal tax obligations, other data may be necessary for customer service reasons and reference. Any data not deemed essential to the running of the site or deemed past an appropriate length of time will be deleted and removed as an example, past enquiry records will not exceed a two year time frame prior to removal.
